I think the problem you are looking at here is that ICS is not the same
as routing or firewalling. IIRC ICS isn't really forwarding your
traffic. It's kind of a mixed up form of proxy... kind of. Don't expect
it to have the facilities of a Linux or FreeBSD system with routing
enabled. On the other hand, there are some software packages for Windows
that do actual routing/firewalling. They have fallen into disuse,
because ICS works for most people. They also have a demo timer, and cost
money to make full use of.

I'm suffering Windows' ICS because the only modem I have in this state
is a winmodem and my ISP has yet to get DSL to my home. :P
