Note that I didn't say anything nasty about mySQL.  In all fairness, they 
have been working to add stuff like real transactions, subselects and 
other stuff everybody wants.  The only thing that annoys me about the 
mySQL folks is that they have *had* a history (hope it's changed) of 
claiming that nobody needs X, and we're faster because we don't bother 
with silly feature X, and then claiming that X will be implemented in an 
unstable beta, doing that, getting it stable, and kind of forget that 
there was ever any controversy...
