Right, well, that's what I'm not sure about.  ;-)  It's pretty loose
anyway.  Perhaps just the great honor of being listed alongside fellow
MLUGgers in the directory.  Partly I was looking ahead to possibly
having some more organizational structure some day -- since as someone
pointed out recently, the "benevolent dictator" model hasn't worked out
too well in terms of MLUG's meatspace existence.
