Bit more complex than this:

C - Community product (a.k.a RH9, no CPU limit) - released twice a year

These are maintained for 5 years

WS - Workstation (2 physical CPU limit)
ES - Enterprise Server (2 physical CPU limit)
AS - Advanced Server (essentailly ES+clustering in the form of pirhana,
no CPU limit)

Each is broken into Basic and Standard. Basic gets you RHN updates for
5 years but no upgrades (i.e. 2.1 to 3.0). Standard gives you the same
but with M-F 9-9 phone support and upgrades for as long as you pay.

Both Standard and Basic require paying RH each year for RHN support.

Advanced Server only comes in Standard and Primium (since it costs a
crap load more - and the is no educational pricing for RH products).
Premium is 24x7x365 support.

At the WS and ES level there is no real difference (the price doesn't
buy much) unless you want the phone support.

Cheers,
    Ryan
