Are you talking bootable?  ELtorito etc...  Or just at insert something pops 
up?

If just at insert then you might have problems due to the lack of permissions  
(e.g. user A inserts auto run disk B...  Disk B has rootkit on it...  blamo 
you are OWNED)

You could make it have a index.html and when they browse it with a browser it 
will auto load that...

Interesting problem...
