I still only use 120Gb drives as that seems to be the best price ber gig.
Hrm before it'd pay to bother with USB/Firewaire IDE conversion kits I
could just buy a computer and another ethernet cable. Those conversion
kits usually cost more than a cheap computer.. kinda silly I think.

For DVD ripping/burning I'd be tempted to try firewire since I have the
ports any way. Speed isn't really much of an issue for me though.
