At work, I have six Windows XP boxen and a Linux server. The Winboxen have about
an extra 10GB free, each, into which we let the users download pretty much
whatever they want (Kazaa, WinMX, etc). Anyway, I was wondering if there was a
way to have the Linux box take the six Samba shares, combine them into a 60GB
storage space, so I could then share that from the server.

I was thinking of something along the lines of mounting all the smb shares on
the server, then somehow using symlinks to have it all show up in one directory.

Also, I was wondering if LVM could be tamed to such a task. I remember trying to
play with it awhile back, getting really confused, and giving up.

Any ideas?
