I found a 'war dialer' at http://www.atnum.com/~joseph/devel.htm and it
looks pretty basic. It should be pretty easy to modify to output
connect speeds. Hooray for open source software! If you're not up to
it, I can dust off the ol' USR Courier and give it a shot. ;)
