I wouldn't be surprised if we end up with HP Xeon boxes. We'll see how
the competition looks.

See - SAS is totally fouling up my plans! ;-) I'd love to be able to make
choices basd on general performance, and I definitely want to stick with
Linux, but the requirement that we are able to run SAS imposes a very
annoying restriction on my decision. Now, if we could only get away from
SAS and stick with open source software, everything would be perfect!!
