Depending what your doing you might also consider Transmeta or Via C3
CPU's. They aren't as powerful per CPU but require less electricity and
cooling.  They are becoming more popular with people who don't want the
server room to sound like an airport and using the electricity an airport
uses. Both offer rack mounting options etc.
