The Las Vegas LUG is usually just a social get together. Our last meeting
we actually had someone present. Michael Bernstien presented ZOPE to us,
since he was one of the programmers for it.
So, It is nice to have some authority and a speaker is good
sometimes/occasionally. Maybe you guys should have an Installfest or
something like that. Try to draw people back into the group. Doesn't have
to be always formal, but offer some formal events and then do your geek
things with each other after/before.
