[MLUG] Custom Linux installation CD

Could anybody explain how to make a custom Linux installation CD or a 
webpage that would describe the process?  What I am trying to do is make 
a CD of the linux I have installed on my computer to install on my dad's 
computer on the second harddrive(850Mb).  What I did on my computer,  
since I didn't find any distro I liked that didn't install a lot of extra 
junk, was to install Linux from source using the linuxfromscratch 
directions.  This gave me a system with only what I needed including X  
and KDE in under 300Mb.  I would do this on my dad's computer, but it  
took me 3 days and over 1Gb of diskspace to install it on my computer's  
second harddrive.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
