OK, so I think you do pinpoint the one real advantage you can get
from this, but unless I misunderstand you (really possible; I'm 
dense about this kind of thing), isn't this just a fancy way to say
"secure single sign-on is key"?  I mean, once everybody has a fixed
single identity and a set of rights that are associated with that 
identity, then you can really get somewhere.  Except that scaling
is very hard, and you're doing it for the sake of something I find 
really dubious, namely meetings between more than 2 people.

Indeed, I would suggest that the whole notion of writing software
that makes it easier to schedule meetings is a spectacular blunder.
The most effective people I know are exactly those who have powerful
gatekeepers and the ability *not* to attend or schedule meetings, 
except with single individuals.  Big meetings are a relic of the day
when it was hard to distribute information or questions or solicit
comments from people except by having everybody in the same room at
the same time.  This is so untrue these days that it just isn't 
funny...

[snip] As an aside, what's the best source of information on WebDAV?
The more I hear about it, the more intrigued I am by the whole 
idea.
