I'm not aware of anything that does that.
There are two widely available adn used commercial options:
1. Samsung Contact (formerly HP Openmail)
2. Bynari Insight Connector
Both of these will allow you to replace the Exchange Server, but both also
require you to install a COM add-in to Outlook. Neither provides a MAPI
compliant server like Exchange, they use an alternative format and provide
an Outlook plug-in so that Outlook can understand it.
Bynari can be made to work with most any IMAP server, and is going to be the
means by which Outlook clients will connect to Kolab. Kolab will of course
come with a KDE client that doesn't require a plug in.
