It is not an option specific for the Contacts folder. However if you
open the contact, click on the email address in question, and select
send options, you can select that you want to specify the format blah
blah blah. I've tried this, it did not work either. The server tacked on
the extra HTMl info and sent it on...You can also set that option on an
address book entry, but only, IIRC, if you set it when you first create
the entry.
