It is possible to send plain text messages via Outlook or Outlook Express
and thru an Exchange Server. The trick is that plain text formatting may
turned on for >> each entry in the address book << rather than global
options. OE users will see prompt like 'Send mail in plain text format'
(or a prompt to that effect) in the bottom of an address book entry. Can't
recall right off where it is in Outlook.
