Bouncing may not be a good idea. I sometimes send messages at work. I work
at IATS and they use exchange. Someone said that exchange adds html even if
you have your client set to text.
I know what Neil is going through. I had to deal with COIN years ago. What
is more annoying is the quoting. We can get 4 and 5 levels deep.
