Check the ipchains/iptables listing.  If I remember correctly, RedHat by
default disables access on certain ports from certain cards, which would
cause the rejection problem if you tried to connect to the server.  You can
try temporarily disabling the ipchains/iptables listings and see if that
fixes the problem.
