Be sure to notice the 'head' command too. BTW if you do 'info tail' or
something similar and then 't' to the top of that info tree you should be
treated to a whole list of very useful commands. Try using something like
tail with cut and xargs as an experiment. You can cut out a single line
from the listing tail gets you and then act on it say if you wanted to
reverse lookup all the ip's in your web server log. :)
