I am using Redhat's version that came with the default install. The version is: 2.0.10-2 I goofed with the smb.conf file that Mark sent me yesterday. I know that I have to turn on Apache by using the command of httpd start, is there some where that I need to do the same with Samba? I only started xinetd.
Thanks
Mike

Honestly, learn the config file parameters...there's a template in a
default rpm (I thought it was included in the tarball as well) install
that's very well commented. If you can't find a copy, lemme know and
I'll post it for referrence. It's always better to know that the config
file is doing before learning a front-end gui for it.
