[MLUG] student server (www.students.missouri.edu)

Ok, some questions to see if anyone on the list knows the answers :0

Does anyone know who runs the student server, and thus approves/creates
accounts?  My girlfriend who's President of Four Directions on campus
(multi-cultural club thing for Native Americans) is wanting a website. 
Apparently, the form on the student site isn't working, in that it's
been 6 months and no response yet ;)

Anyway, the question is A) Is there anything she can do to get a site on
that server, B) Are student organizations even run through that server
now, or are they all going through Bengal?  C)  Random curiosity - I
noticed that the site is running and has what nearly seems like a
slashdot feel to it, or upon clicking a link "phpnuke.org" system.  Is
this server running BSD/Linux? (I noticed a BSD daemon on the site
related to a story of some sort)  If so, I figured someone on the list
would be the admin. and finally D)  If nothing else, perhaps mlug could
host their site?  What are the issues with a student organization being
run off of a site other than students.missouri.edu?
