Sorry, thought you meant Uninterruptable Power Supply..
I think you might get by with a 300, baring any major peripherals, extra
drives, etc.  I think you'll be much more satisfied with a 400 though.  Best
bet for finding out what bare minimum is - look at the back of an emachine
and add 50 watts.
