The reason I'm asking this is because I have to build a new computer
system for my parents, and case costs seem to have gone up for some
reason. The last time I bought a case, I got a screwless one with a 400
watt power supply for $50. I'm having problems finding an ATX case in the
Kansas City area with a decent power supply for under $70.

The system I'm building will have an AMD Athlon XP 15000, 128 MB PC2700
DDR RAM, 40 GB Drive, and an AGP video card. I can't see this needing
more than 300 watts, but I'm thinking that 400 watts is a nice safey
buffer. I guess I'll just have to tell my dad to suck it up and buy the
more expensive power supply.

Regards,
Neil
