Probably.  I just get the minimum, as I'm worried about half-second outages.
Long outages I can shut down for.

Usually UPS's have a chart on the side showing what wattage they can handle
and for how long, and a chart showing how 15-21" monitors, desktops PC's,
and towers fit into the first chart.
