I'm sure whoever made the worm had that exact same understanding of 
reality. Overly burdensome workloads are a part of our culture. Until we 
address all methods of propagation (not just technical), we will continue 
to allow them the ability to attack.

No amount of bug fixes can overcome institutional apathy.
