I clearly see your point. I would not use "evil" easily myself. But your
introductory definition "...intentionally injure or kill or steal..." at
least partially fits - they intentionally inflict damage upon other parties I
think even those who frown upon the inflationary use of "evil" might safely
use it in conjunction with M$.
