I would really suggest not bothering.  Linux viruses are pretty much pointless.  Just have some common sense about using linux.  Don't use the computer as root for any other purpose then setting up or configuring the box.  Linux's natural security makes it hard for viruses to spread or really even do anything damaging.  Since I started using linux I have not one come across a virus for linux.  I see articles for them every now and then but they don't make much noise.
