[MLUG] sendmail relay

I've got a relay question, hopefully someone can answer it...

>From what I've read, sendmail now turns off all relaying of e-mail.  I've
set up a domain, which my users will be connecting thru imap or pop to get
their mail.  99% of the people connecting will be using Outlook 2000 or
Express.  Since my users IP's will be all over the internet, how do I get
sendmail to only relay people who have authenticated with my server?  I
really don't want to put aol.com, or blah.com in my access db with relaying
turned on.  There is a place in Outlook to configure "My Outgoing mail
server requires authentication", which I WANT to do, but where does that
correspond in sendmail conf files?
