(I seem to be responding to my mail in reverse chronological order
today...)
I took them off the list by hand -- I think maybe their kid had signed up
for the list by mistake or something. (The funny thing is, after I took
them off but apparently before the messages had drained from the queue,
they tried to send another message -- which bounced 'cause they weren't
subscribed anymore -- threatening to "contact aol to have you removed from
the system" ... I thought about approving it just for chuckles...
I have a theory... does the average Internet user not understand the
meaning of the word "unsubscribe" anymore? Maybe I need to reword the
footer, "To be removed from the mailing list" or something like that. ;-)
