[MLUG] Pine and IMAP

Because of the firewall in place at school, I've recently installed an IMAP
webclient called SquirrelMail at http://mlug.missouri.edu/~eean/sq - anyone
else with an MLUG account should be able to check their mail from here. It
works fairly well for checking all my mail in ~/mbox.

However, there are a few errors because IMAP apparently doesn't like that
checked my mail with pine before I ever have with IMAP. For one thing, I
can't access any of the mail that pine has sorted out to various files
~/mail.

And, of course, there's the the problem that pine does all its sorting when
you start it up - is there a way to export that to, say, procmail or
something that would have the mail sorted when I check my mail using IMAP?
I have a lot of filtering rules.
