This probably should go on the discussion list, but...

Maybe it hasn't gotten worse.  Maybe it just seems 'retarded' because in
the last two years you have gone from knowing very little to knowing a lot
(partly because of this list), so most threads don't interest you the way
they once did.

Another possibility is that you aren't keeping this list and the
discussion list separate in your head.  The discussion list is often way
out in left field, but it was the group's decision to create such a list.
I think it's a good thing -- where else can you go to get general
questions answered about computers or anything at all?

This members list is still doing great things everyday.
