Here's another site with software listed. I tried to get a 'smart' UPS going
with Linux ... not a very pretty site. I used a number of packages listed
here.

One of the packages, I think it is apcd has just superb documentation and a
testing mode that makes this a much simpler process.

Unfortunately, I can't remember which package it was in ... <old age setting
