If you're going to use a sendmail based server buy a very good book even
if you're using a graphic interface. sendmail in my experience is
probably the hardest service to work with. Email is by nature full of
complex options and sendmail's config files are a nightmare.
Linux/FreeBSD is reliable but tricky to setup and maintain if you want
anything out of the norm.
