Because we are using QIP as our DNS/IP management platform, and it will only
talk to a certain small number of DNS servers, BIND being among them.
BIND isn't that bad if you are willing to actually *maintain* the thing and
you have a backup plan going. Most of the exploits I've seen with BIND
involve admins who really should have known better.
