Nope.  Bad idea.  Before too long, 10.3 will not be reachable from the
outside world.

In the meantime, it doesn't make a lot of difference, since they are the
same hardware and have the same local information *except*:

1)  128.206.2.252 is the master server, 10.3 is the slave.  2.252 will
*always* have authoritative information whereas 10.3 may lag a bit (although
not very long).

2)  From the outside, 10.3 is two router hops further away from you than
2.252 (although one of those hops is a layer 3 switch hop, which is pretty
much wire-speed).

128.206.2.252 has long been the "external" name server, set up so that
missouri.edu names would be searchable from the outside world.  128.206.10.3
was built, however, to serve internal users, which is why it's not listed in
the Whois database:
