Some daytime meetings might not be a bad idea -- one problem is that
it's harder to get a room, especially for a presentation. You have to
deal with Registration to book a classroom if it's during the day.
I could probably book our conference room, but it's kind of out of the
way and we don't have a projector for a presentation. Any suggestions?
