I wouldn't be surprised if people are hesitating to present because they
are concerned about how much work it would be. Well, maybe someone should
do a very quick and simple presentation to show that it doesn't have to be
perfect or world-class and that will encourage other people to do
something. I'd think that a 10 minute presentation introducing an
interesting software product would be nice -- the rest of the time could
be spent talking about the product, or just getting to know one another.
