So have I. I'm just using freesoftware as an example. Whenever I download
*anything* from the univ machines via FTP, I keep getting "connection reset
by peer" things. Looks like another attempt to control bandwidth, but it
actually leads to WASTING bandwidth. If I download the ISO once, it wastes
less than if I download 89% of it five times.
