Does anyone know of tools under Linux to split, splice, and add still
shots (such as a title screen for the next scene) to mpegs? Maybe even
converting other formats over like avi, quicktime, and flash? Am fooling
around with making vcd's and don't like just putting other peoples movies
unhacked on a disk. :)
