I guess we were trying to be nice to RealNetworks since we were thinking
about hitting them up for money.  They rather abruptly stopped accepting
letters of inquiry, so we let that opportunity slip by.  I think we had
decided that the really important part was funding a person to
coordinate the site, not the hardware or software.  I think we also
persuaded ourselves that there was a good reason to do something like
this, so we might do it anyway, and free software would just be icing on
the cake.  Got any specific suggestions besides look in the usual
places?
