I was compiling some home built programs on mlug (which uses Red Hat,
doesn't it)?  I found out that man dbopen describes the Berkeley
database version 1.85 whereas it actually has Berkeley database version
2 or greater.  They are quite incompatible (the API's are different).

Who does one complain to in order to get this fixed?
