Well, for my no-frills use Photogallery PHP script works fine. You can
setup descriptions, no keyword searches or anything like that. But it is
awfully easy to use.

I remember that Jay was working on a photo gallery.
I'm in the market for something better as well. There are tons on
Freshmeat, hard to find a good one.
