Hello Michael. I don't know if you got an answer to your question yet, but
if not, here is what I have found. Apparently SuSE does not have an exact
replacement for the logrotate utility. Instead, SuSE uses the script
aaa_base_rotate_logs located in the /etc/cron.daily directory. The
aaa_base_rotate_logs script uses the /etc/logfiles file to define which log
files are rotated and when.
If anyone has any more information on this subject, I would appreciate it.
