NO and I mean NO employer can tell you what you can or can not do at home on
your time. I know that MU asks every year if you are doing anything that
would be in direct competition with MU but remember that MU is primarily a
research university with teaching as a second issue so as long as you are
not doing research or teaching then you are fine. I have told two
supervisors now that what I do while at home is my business and I have not
had any problem.
