You know what is pathetic, is that I've had a lot more trouble with xdrive
being down then MLUG, especially when one considers that is the latters
only mission in life.

MLUG does provide a great service. I've seen simular services for sell at
about $10/month (extra for web!).

I will probably give some money the next meeting. However, I know that we
have some money and think there should be some goals of what money is
needed for. UPS has been tossed around (at least I did) as well as an
extra hard drive for more ISOs.

Personnally, the expanding freesoftware mirror is not very useful for me,
since it is not all that much faster from @home (I look at the trace and
it goes to texas and stuff first) then other mirrors. But considering that
is probably useful for those on campus (aka the people who got us the
server in the first place) I would be willing to put up some money for it.

UPS sounds like a good idea.
