You were right! (But you told us on Monday and they broke in to my
machine on Saturday -- two days earlier.)
The thing is, people all over the world are trying to break into my
computer every day. I just sit helplessly and watch them do it. The last
time someone got into my computer was 2 years ago, but they got into
another one that I help administer just a few weeks ago. I'm doing most
things right -- all security patches, tcp wrappers, iplog, reading logs,
reporting attempts, and more, but I only have so much time.
