Are they just publishing web pages?  If so, they shouldn't have to change
to unix linebreaks.  DOS linebreaks shouldn't cause any problems unless they 
are doing some perl scripts or something like that (even this I am unsure of).

Is there something that will break with DOS linebreaks?
