Aaron,
Have a look at www.openacs.org . They've written a PostGres/TCL driver for
their AOLserver community system. (don't laugh at AOL, it's a good
high-performance open-source webserver) It would be a nice hack to use
their code ina different application. Or the original ArsDigita/ACS
project has an Oracle/TCL driver. But hopefully you can put together a
CD-burner without using Oracle... 8-)
