That would be Tkinter, right? Anyway, I think the weak part of any tcl/tk
solution is the tcl part; it's level of support for other tools is
sometimes suprisingly lacking (at least compared to Python and Perl).
Perl/Tk is also a pretty strong system, although it avoids tcl altogether.
Perl postgres and mysql support is quite strong; you may have heard of
this thingie called Slashdot? :-)
Anyway, you should take a look and it might well turn out that it will be
easier to do your Tk and db stuff without tcl, as ironic as that might
sound.
