I'm really not an officer anymore, but if no one else will send this out I
will. It's rather important and can't be procrastinated.

At the next MLUG meeting, which will include a presentation from Rob Judd
over the uses of Java, elections will be held. Basically, between now and
then anyone can be nominated on the list or at the meeting by either
someone else, or themselves. If a person nominates themself, that
nomination must be backed by another person. In order to win the office,
the nominee must be present at the next meeting. If you can't show, please
decline the nomination.

So, basically, nominate yourselves or others between now and then. All
positions listed on the MLUG web page are up for election. The meeting
will be Wednesday, April 18 and start at 6:30 p.m. Be there, get elected,
make a difference, be someone's hero. Have at it!

Regards,
Neil Bradshaw
